The public directory exposes only reviewed, read-only network profiles. New submissions and claims are not open; authenticated owners can still manage existing private submissions.

Three fixed first-party public sources support organization identity, its anycast network role, and published ranges. This is not a proxy-service recommendation, product-coverage promise, or quality score.
New intake stays closed until a named review operator, an approved authority-review method, and Provider-scoped membership controls exist. Owners can still inspect existing records, withdraw an open submission, or appeal a rejected result.
